Sl\u00e1va francouzsk\u00e9 gastronomie poch\u00e1z\u00ed z dob kr\u00e1l\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed byli velmi n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00ed a tou\u017eili po novink\u00e1ch v nab\u00edzen\u00fdch pokrmech a receptech. A\u0165 u\u017e jde o vkus nebo experimentov\u00e1n\u00ed s nov\u00fdmi produkty. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Majest\u00e1tn\u00ed stoly a pe\u010dliv\u011b propracovan\u00e9 prezentace gastronomick\u00fdch pokrm\u016f st\u0159edov\u011bku pozvedly francouzskou kuchyni na vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed \u00farove\u0148. Od dob francouzsk\u00fdch kr\u00e1l\u016f, p\u0159es prvn\u00ed knihy recept\u016f Tailleventa z roku 1380 a\u017e po profesionalizaci gastronomie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tato zem\u011b v\u017edy prokazovala sv\u016fj vztah k va\u0159en\u00ed a d\u016fslednost p\u0159i zdokonalov\u00e1n\u00ed sv\u00fdch pokrm\u016f. A\u0165 u\u017e v kuchyni \u0161\u00e9fkucha\u0159e v restauraci, nebo doma u stolu s minutkov\u00fdmi, ale gastronomick\u00fdmi pokrmy.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Velk\u00fd z\u00e1jem Francouz\u016f o gastronomii se projevuje i v p\u0159ihl\u00e1\u0161k\u00e1ch do \u0161kol va\u0159en\u00ed.
