{"id":659,"date":"2021-01-26T15:45:33","date_gmt":"2021-01-26T15:45:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.babicka-chantal.cz\/blog\/?p=659"},"modified":"2021-02-26T11:01:19","modified_gmt":"2021-02-26T11:01:19","slug":"slany-karamel-z-francie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.babicka-chantal.cz\/blog\/zajimavosti-o-francii\/slany-karamel-z-francie\/","title":{"rendered":"Slan\u00fd karamel z Francie"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Co je to slan\u00fd karamel a jeho p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Slan\u00fd karamel je lahodn\u00e1 kombinace karamelu a slan\u00e9ho m\u00e1sla, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 za sebou cel\u00fd p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mus\u00edme se vr\u00e1tit do 14. stolet\u00ed, kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9ho obdob\u00ed, kdy jsme poprv\u00e9 objevili ctnosti soli, zejm\u00e9na pokud jde o konzervov\u00e1n\u00ed potravin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V roce 1343 zavedl kr\u00e1l Philippe VI. \u201eDa\u0148 ze soli\u201c, kter\u00e1 ji\u017e existovala ve st\u0159edov\u011bku. S\u016fl byla tehdy skute\u010dn\u011b p\u0159edm\u011btem kr\u00e1lovsk\u00e9ho monopolu a byla chov\u00e1na v soln\u00fdch s\u00fdpk\u00e1ch (skladech gabelsk\u00e9 soli) a obyvatelstvo ji proto kupovalo zdan\u011bno v mal\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed. Na druhou stranu, proto\u017ee Breta\u0148 byla sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed fransk\u00fdch zem\u00ed, nemusela tuto da\u0148 platit. Dokonce podal 3 p\u00edsmena CBS (pro karamel se slan\u00fdm m\u00e1slem), aby se stal skute\u010dnou zna\u010dkou! Na oslavu 20. v\u00fdro\u010d\u00ed sv\u00e9 tov\u00e1rny na \u010dokol\u00e1du se vytvo\u0159il nejdel\u0161\u00edho slan\u00fd karamel na sv\u011bt\u011b, tj. Ne m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e 567,85 metr\u016f a 200 kg absolutn\u00ed lah\u016fdky, co\u017e p\u0159edstavuje p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 24 000 karamelek. Zisky z prodeje byly v\u011bnov\u00e1ny spole\u010dnosti S.N.S.M. stejn\u011b jako pediatrick\u00e9mu odd\u011blen\u00ed nemocni\u010dn\u00edho centra Curie de Villejuif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mnoho dal\u0161\u00edch \u0159emesln\u00edk\u016f m\u011blo tak\u00e9 skute\u010dn\u00fd \u00fasp\u011bch se slan\u00fdm karamelem: m\u016f\u017eeme uv\u00e9st La Maison d&#8217;Armorine, tak\u00e9 v Quiberonu, s jeho Niniches de Quiberon au caramel (l\u00edz\u00e1tka, kter\u00e1 byla ocen\u011bna nejlep\u0161\u00edmi bonb\u00f3ny ve Francii) vytvo\u0159en\u00fdmi v roce 1946 a jejich Salidou (tak\u00e9 registrovan\u00e1 ochrann\u00e1 zn\u00e1mka, tento n\u00e1zev t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 vstoupil do b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho jazyka jako synonymum pro slan\u00fd karamel), kter\u00fd je k dispozici v kr\u00e9mov\u00e9m karamele a n\u011b\u017en\u00fdch bonb\u00f3nech!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kde naj\u00edt slan\u00fd karamel?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dnes najdeme tento slavn\u00fd karamel v mnoha podob\u00e1ch: tvrd\u00e9 nebo m\u011bkk\u00e9 karamelov\u00e9 bonbony, pomaz\u00e1nky, \u010dokol\u00e1dy a dokonce i v mnoha pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch v\u00fdrobc\u00edch (ledov\u00e9 ty\u010dinky, brio\u0161ky, dezertn\u00ed kr\u00e9my, popcorn, su\u0161enky a dokonce i sirupy a kosmetika).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Slan\u00fd karamel je tak\u00e9 velmi obl\u00edben\u00fd po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b, zejm\u00e9na v Japonsku, kde Japonci tuto breta\u0148skou radost miluj\u00ed.
